The Company strictly operates as a consulting and facilitation service provider. The Company is not a lender, not a credit institution, not an NBFC, not a bank, not an insurance provider, and not a SEBI regulated advisory entity. The Company does not provide financial investment advisory, insurance advisory, or regulated capital market advisory services.

The Company does not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, processing timelines, or any specific outcome. All decisions relating to loan sanction, approval, rejection, documentation requirements, interest rates, charges, penalties, or any other terms are solely determined by the respective bank, NBFC, or credit institution in accordance with their internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Company and its directors, employees, consultants, or representatives shall have no influence or control over such decisions.

All consulting fees, guidance fees, advisory charges, hourly consultation charges, monthly service charges, or yearly service charges paid to the Company are strictly non-refundable in nature. The fees are charged for knowledge, expertise, time, analysis, and consulting services provided by the Company. Fees shall remain payable and non-refundable irrespective of loan approval status, client withdrawal, delays caused by third parties, rejection by financial institutions, or change in client financial profile.

The client expressly agrees and undertakes to provide only genuine, authentic, complete, and legally valid documents and information. The client shall be solely responsible for any false information, forged documents, misrepresentation, suppression of facts, or fraudulent activity. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising due to incorrect or fraudulent data submitted by the client.

The Company charges applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian taxation laws and regularly files statutory returns. The client shall be solely responsible for their own tax compliance obligations including claiming deductions, accounting treatments, or tax declarations related to payments made to the Company.

The client agrees to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements wherever applicable and agrees to provide additional documents or clarifications if required by partner financial institutions or regulatory authorities. The client authorizes the Company to share necessary data with banks, NBFCs, and partner DSAs strictly for service facilitation purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, WinWin Finexperts Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, reputational, or business losses arising from loan rejection, change in lending policies, interest rate fluctuations, processing delays, system failures, third party actions, or regulatory changes. In any case where liability is imposed under law, the maximum liability of the Company shall be limited to the consulting fee paid by the client.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WinWin Finexperts Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, legal proceedings, regulatory actions, or damages arising from client misconduct, document fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of suspected fraud, non-cooperation, non-payment of fees, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

All website content including text, design, structure, branding, and intellectual property belongs exclusively to WinWin Finexperts Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, regulatory actions, banking system failures, technological failures, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in the place of the Company’s registered office.
